      Pros

      With being in GEP for many years, there are a lot of things that stand out for me at GEP: 1. GEP is constantly driving to challenge itself and drive innovation either in terms of new processes, delivery models, technology solutions, etc. 2. Customer delight is sacrosanct at GEP, where I have seen people taking extra efforts to support client's requirements 3. GEP is a very fast-growing company and there are always new challenges / new avenues, which is very exciting. It's a great place for highly self-motivated individuals

      Cons

      I don't see any major con. As a firm that is in the business for the last 21 years and transitioning to be a large organization, there are some gaps in processes/policies which are still under development.
