      Purpose driven company. Mission is to leverage technology and the internet to connect the disadvanatged to the Global Economy

      Cons

      Will need to get used to working for this company which had re-written many of the rules.

      Pros

      This company has been employing mostly people with disabilities (up to 90%), and since 2018, started hiring Middle Eastern refugees. Everyone works remotely from where they are, in more than 10 countries. There is no office anywhere.

      Cons

      Because people are working remotely, the Company does not provide equipment. Employees have to have their own PCs, smartphones, internet connection etc.
