Pros
Hands on design. Inhouse patternmaker/ samplemaker/ factory. Great staff of people. Hardworking and kind. Lots of exciting clients and a fast paced environment.
Cons
Benefits are poor. Salary employees are treated like hourly. Work day is 8am-6pm. No PTO until after 1 year of employment. Only room for growth is more workload but no financial compensation. 90% of the staff has no prior training of their position and learns "on the the spot." This leads to lack of process and many careless mistakes due to improper training and knowledge.
