      Pros

      Every day is a new day at Gradient MSP. People are usually fully committed to their projects and wear many hats to accomplish the company OKRs, which leads to self-development.

      Cons

      Like in every startup, the uncertainty can be a struggle for some.

      Pros

      I loved my time working with Colin and Ryan at Gradient MSP. They are unusually compassionate leaders, and this made it easy to lead my team with empathy and compassion. Make no mistake, there was a lot of work to do, and we did it. However, working for such great people made it easy.

      Cons

      Being a start-up, they were necessarily still finding their way. We sometimes had to shift direction quickly in response to changing market conditions.
