Weekly tracking of how everybody is feeling, including challenges, shout outs, achievement recognition, blockers etc Good benefits Remote and flexible working Everybody was really nice
- As an engineer, I get the chance to lead projects that I'm interested in - It's an early-stage start-up, so there are lots of chances to take ownership and shape the direction of the product. - The culture is great, there are no expectations to work until you burn out and all of the people are lovely. - The company is big on design thinking and using customer feedback to drive product decisions. This is done much more successfully at Graphy than at most other companies I've worked for
Cons
- The company is still in it's early stages so not all of the processes are in place yet - Remote-first environment requires extra effort when it comes to communication and managing your own day-to-day
