      Pros

      There's good team spirit in most part of the agency. You have some of the most collaborative and supporting people you can find at all level of seniority. Generally people are helpful and encouraging and try to help one another.

      Cons

      There's still some legacy challenges inherited from some of the old leadership. But the new leadership seems to be doing well in addressing it one by one.
