I find this company to be an excellent place to work. The people here are not only friendly but also incredibly supportive. What I appreciate most is that the management team takes a genuine interest in each employee as an individual, not just as part of the workforce. Incredible company culture, supportive management, good work-life balance, summer Friday's, annual company summit, meaningful work, option to work from home or in their Chicago office, very nice coworkers who genuinely support each other, opportunities for career growth and development. Senior management will know your name and be very involved in the process with you, including client interaction and personal career growth. Truly enjoyed my time working for this company and would absolutely recommend working here to anyone with a passion for biotech or the life science industry who wants to work behind the scenes to bring these company's stories to the world.
