You have to learn to be accountable for your own decisions pretty fast. It is a young place, but we are all responsible adults and should take our reputation seriously.

The team is open to other cultures and beliefs. It makes no difference whatsoever who you are, you will be treated with respect. Equality in the office, equal chances to get promoted based on your hard work only.

Performance is everything. You have to learn to adapt fast to challenging situations.
