      Pros

      I've been working for Hecht Solberg for nearly 2 years. The firm has an excellent, team-oriented culture. There are also opportunities to continue improving your skills in different areas. It is also conveniently located downtown San Diego with paid parking and other great benefits.

      Cons

      There is little room for career growth; however, there is opportunity to grow laterally.
