      Pros

      Surprisingly transparent with the financial state of the company. Management communicates goals well and everyone is approachable. Regardless of your position or experience your opinion will always be heard and considered.

      Cons

      As a small company you may have to wear many different hats from time to time, but this can be a great opportunity to learn something new.
