Pros

Friendly colleagues within departments Staff canteen Staff discount Looks good on CV

Cons

Lots of stories of employees going through/have been through burnout and stress. One rule for hierarchy, another rule for others working below them, ignoring overall company policies. No room for growth, even though this was ‘promised’ during interview. Lack of working processes and communication between x-functional teams. Blame game culture. Collections are buying driven, not design led - a lot of emotional attachment in designs. Lack of empathy of hardworking employees from top management. No real difference between junior designer/designer, everyone seems to do the same job, all just as hardworking. No real job description. No real on-boarding nor off-boarding. Find-it-out-yourself kind of vibe. Lack of training and support for employees to grow. Low pay for expats who have relocated. HR department not very helpful.

Pros

Fast recruitment process. Few interviews. Big name on your CV.

Cons

High staff turn-over rate due to stress and hectic work. Tricking you in first interview about possibility of salary negotiation and later HR do not accept any negotiation. Initially agreeing on contract terms and later add tricky clauses to contract to avoid paying any overtime, pay rise,.. Zero career development plans or prospects. Many staff left after max 1 or 2 years. No real on-boarding. Very little support from managers and colleagues. Blame-game culture. Most unfriendly company i ever worked for. No education budget. Very few senior managers and many junior levels for no prospect of moving upward. Lower salary and very high expectations. No events and activities.
