Excellent work environment, surrounded by professionals.
Cons
None, no negatives to speak of. All team members work as one and any obstacles are taken care of as one unit. If there is a disagreement, it's taken care of quickly as a group, not individuals. This avoids the dreaded :Vortex" from occurring.

Obtaining an insurance license while working at IIAT was a great experience. They help you with training materials and mentoring. You can also make new connections and get to know the key players in the industry.
Cons
Not a lot of room for promotion once you reach a certain point in your career/experience level.
