I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at IMD Path. The leadership duo I worked with is incredibly supportive and they are often the ones who work not only the smartest but also the hardest - leading by example. Minimal supervision and micromanaging - if they assign you a task, you are expected to come through. It is a very challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is awesome. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. Upper management has given me many opportunities for both lateral and upward career development. Yes, office politics exist, but generally, it's a meritocracy. I had to leave for personal reasons but overall, I felt like it was a great place to work.

IMD is a wonderful company to be a part of, especially, if you are a individual that strives to give Hospitals/Doctors the absolute Best patient care for their group or practice. The company Culture is one of the best in the medical industry that I personally have had the opportunity to be a part of since I started in 2019.
