      Pros

      IMRIS offers amazing benefits and opportunities to connect with teammates. A flexible work schedule with an opportunity to work from home is also appreciated. Love the small company atmosphere, where you can really get to know your co-workers. The work that IMRIS does makes a difference in the lives of patients globally, and that is meaningful.

      Cons

      Location can be a challenge in hiring, as Chaska, MN is not a hub for medical device.

      Pros

      2017 is a great time for IMRIS. The company is moving forward with a lot of initiatives and they are hiring the right people to help the company go from a good Med Tech company to an INCREDIBLE Med Tech company!

      Cons

      I would have to say the only con is that the company had some negative financial dealings a few years back, but they have recovered from those 100 fold!

      Pros

      Jay has done a great job of turning around the company from where it was before he came. There have been departures at the executive level which may look bad to investors, but the change has been positive. New management are driving towards a more strategic, innovative culture that will produce results. It's a different strategy, that should attract a different class of investor.

      Cons

      We need more people in the company who have a background in surgical medical device product development. We need to work more closely with surgeons during product development. We need to improve our reputation with investors/industry.
