Pros

- Remote (100% flexibility) - Very capable people / colleagues to work with (many come from big tech or top notch consulting) - Extremely innovative / pushing the Web3 Gaming industry forward - Founders are not silo'ed away and are very open and transparent - "Big tech" culture - Highly capable managers and leadership - Budgets to meet up with remote teams

Cons

- Long working hours (10hrs+ standard) - Remote (for some people can be a negative in terms of meeting less people day to day) - If you don't like to work in a fast-changing environment, you would probably like Immutable less

Pros

- Fantastic team: truly appreciate Immutable's company culture. Everyone is motivated and passionate about gaming, and there is always someone in the team ready to share experiences and answer questions. High hiring standards are reflected in smooth cooperation, and everyone's ambitions drive company success. Besides, all colleagues are REALLY awesome people. - "Every voice counts": it is very easy to communicate ideas with team leads and senior leadership. It is strongly encouraged to share observations, trends and concerns, and the teams are flexible to customize product offering to fit client needs. - Reflection and transparency: the company takes job security seriously and maintains open and transparent communication across all business levels. It is easy to voice concerns, and leadership does its best to answer any question openly. Executives also regularly communicate significant industry updates, and there is a general culture of discussion. At all levels, people are willing to reflect on the existing standards and work together to optimize them. - Gameplay first: despite working in blockchain/web3 space, Immutable focuses on onboarding partners that value gameplay over money-making. This has been crucial to me personally, as I am a traditional gamer, and Immutable was my first web3 venture. Having own Game Studio, Immutable truly values player experience and works with games that prioritize fun over farming. - Recognition: Immutable is focused on championing ambitions, energy, enthusiasm and passions, and all leaders pay close attention to everyone in the teams. Progression and recognition go hand-in-hand, and career path is very clear. - Cross-functional collaboration: BD, marketing, product and other teams are working extremely close with each other, so you never feel left out or lacking information. There is also a ton of support coming from HR department, which smoothly helped me out many times - even with urgent requests. - Benefits: plenty of generous benefits are available, covering well-being, health, business travel, leisure and more. Having worked in tech giants before, Immutable offers a very competitive package. - Travel and remote work: being part of the BD team, I truly appreciate that Immutable understands the value of meeting partners in person, and travel is reasonably encouraged. Work location flexibility is also great.

Cons

Struggling to find any cons, so this is a general point. Remote work: most of the team is spread across the globe. However, there are great opportunities for travel, and the leadership puts time into meeting with all teams whenever they are in the area. Fast work pace: the pace is fast, and there are high standards to uphold. Management puts emphasis on health and well-being, but agenda is not always 9-6, especially having global clients and partners.
