      Hmmm, hard to find any

      Cons

      Very little communication Disrespectful to employees unless you are family Owners do not trust employees Promise the moon to get you on board then treat employees very disrespectfully No paid time off for the 1st year Expect you to put your job before anything else No work/life balance Owners are always right and employees don’t have any say. You basically have to say yes Sir and keep your mouth shut. I could go on and on

      Pros

      The people are the BEST part of the company. Everyone I've worked with enjoys getting to do what they enjoy with the company. You can tell the managers care about their employees and do their best to accommodate everyone, despite their size. This is one of the best places to work if you're wanting to walk away from work each day feeling like you enjoy your job. The work is different every day and the employee culture make the hard, tedious work days easier. Definitely for you if you want a collaborative, all-hands on deck, type of work space.

      Cons

      Not a con, per se, but not offering benefits is challenging. It's not a con on the company, it's generally considered normal in the event industry. This is dependent on your role, but the only con is the pay not matching the market rate compared to other industries. But if you value enjoying what you do, I'd say give it a shot!
