      InSPAration is an inspiring workplace. I love the performance-based compensation model because it challenges me to keep growing and improving my work. Also, the better I do the more people and business we get to help succeed as well!

      Cons

      Sales is a numbers game so there is no down time ever. There is always leads out there to introduce to the company or reconnect with.

      The owner Dori is a source of knowledge! I feel so inspired learning the business systems and strategies she teaches. The best part is the difference we make in our clients businesses that transpire their personal lives. There is always something to do to grow and reach higher goals.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to get done and it's fast paced. Honestly, no cons if you're a high achiever and take pride in your work.
