      Pros

      We have great clients and permanent jobs all over the country for new grads and experienced therapists and nurses. We provide the highest quality candidates for our clients and in turn our candidates have a great work environment to work in that offers competitive benefits and salaries! I love working for InSearch and have been working for them for 4 years now. They are a truly amazing company to work for.

      Pros

      As a PT owned company, we strive to best match a candidate's experience, clinical expertise and career asperations with that of the employer. No other placement firm goes to the lengths InSearch does to insure a long term and succesful match. This approach not only distinguishes InSearch for its clients but also as an employer.

      Cons

      I can't think of any reason why a high producing recruiter wouldn't want to work for InSearch.

      Very disorganized company that doesn't pay enough. Be prepared to be paid very little and be micro-managed.
