Pros

- The people are great, really smart, and passionate about the work we are doing which makes it an inspiring and exciting work environment - The leaders here are not interested in micro-managing; a lot of flexibility, independence, and trust to get your work done - The product is awesome and it's really special to work on something that you know will make a difference in the lives of many people - Fully remote team with quarterly on-sites so we can socialize and collaborate face-to-face - The company covers 100% of the employee's health insurance

Cons

- Again, the team is fully remote which may not be for everyone if a daily in-person office setting is preferred

Pros

The mission is great: improving access to musculoskeletal health. This is done through a really cool and futuristic body tracking program that works through almost any device's camera. Leadership is transparent and the teams are very collaborative. IncludeHealth is growing really rapidly and it is an exciting time to be here.

Cons

The fast pace of change and growth may not be for everyone.
