Pros
Great learning environment. They have an abundance of books and online video learning options to further your knowledge far beyond any employer I've ever worked for. Some of the smartest and hardest working people of my entire career. The best tech, algorithms and computing team I expect to ever deal with.
Cons
Some of the laziest and most incompetent people of my career, which they were way too slow getting rid of, which dragged everyone down. Sometimes, even if it's half the team, they just need to go.

Working with intelligent coworkers on interesting and challenging tasks, it's a good place to further develop your tech capabilities.
Cons
They're still working on defining their product development process, so that can be stressful.
