Pros
The team and co-workers are nice. It's remote so you won't have to be stuck in the regular office time, so I can set up myself and take advantage of my best productive times.
Cons
The payroll payment is once per month so you will have to plan your budget for this kind of payment

The leadership team really values work/life balance. Supports family first. No micromanaging and trusts their employees to do their work. Benefits are amazing.
Cons
As much as working remotely has advantages, a con is that you are unable to make stronger relationships with coworkers as you would in an office setting.
