      At times workloads can be heavy to the point of being overwhelming Not too many career pathways (but it isn't a large organisation)

      Fabulous people and vision

      I’m new to the team and really enjoying my time. The people are friendly and the vision of technology for social justice is unique. They have been very accessible for my neurodivergence.

      Amazing social impact

      Great people and culture; true diversity and inclusion; unbelievable social impact; modern Melbourne office; hybrid work and flexibility; a wonderful approach to partnership; and strong leadership.

      Cons

      The organisation went through difficult times and its financial turnaround required sacrifice since downsizing increased people's workload. It has recently emerged from this journey and is in a stronger position to tackle some of the community's toughest challenges, but we lost some good people in the process (you can read some of their reviews here). It's great to see that some former employees are returning to Infoxchange now ("boomerangs"). There is no doubt room for improvement in processes and systems, which is on the agenda and should increase productivity, reduce the team's workload, and help us deliver greater social impact.
