Pros

If you are looking for a company that will help you develop your skills (may it be in editorial, production, finance, digital marketing and sales), Ink is perfect for you. Ink allows each individual to be authentic, to be themselves. Ink provides extensive training from superb coaches (internal and external). And create their own journey (with close coaching and continuous mentoring from its leaders).

Cons

nothing that I can think of

Pros

A company that focuses on personal as well as professional growth. I spent a year at Ink and like every other job there are difficult times but what I got out of it was far more than I expected in a good way. It is a sales job through and through and Ink does not shy away from telling you the realities of the job at the interview stage. It is hard work. At the same time, you get the most of what you put it. I got to travel that year and shared some amazing experiences with a great team. I learned more about myself working in Ink than any other job and I take whatever I learned everywhere.

Cons

sometimes there can be a miscommunication with the management
