Low salaries, don't keep up with inflation Same salaries for people with vastly different education and experience Mandating working from the office Hemorrhaging staff the last two years Overworked with big books and no assistance

The workplace has good COVID precautions, we have had wellness days given company wide during COVID. There is a great benefits and pension program, overall good place to work,
