      Pros

      Entrepreneur kind of fast pace company, lag behind if you cannot keep with the speed. Direction changes quickly so that to tap on potential business opportunities but i see not many cannot do it and don't like it. I enjoyed the stay since i am trained to be able to multi-task, my new job is more stable and tasks come in sequential order.

      Cons

      A lot of work to do. New technologies like Cloud, API and Microservice are too complex, no one to train and no time to learn. More configurations now and not good for software engineers since business analysts also cannot do properly, more work to fix those issues.

      Exposure to Regional banks in ASEAN and beyond Exposure to niche Corporate and Commercial banking paradigms and solutions Multiple Product lines and portfolios to develop an employee's skillset Ample opportunities for development and empowerment if you seek it Management does give you chances to prove yourself Multiple technologies to also bolster your technical competencies

      Cons

      High workload and short timelines make this a high pressure environment, but that's how diamonds are made isn't it? From the negative reviews on this page, not everyone can handle such an environment, but its ok. If you're good enough the opportunities to excel are provided. Hence the next point. Steep learning curve.
