- THE TEAM!: I have never experienced any team as thoughtful and supportive as the Inventive team. - The Culture: Inventive does an awesome job at getting remote workers involved, and is always looking to do more! We currently have Thirsty Thursdays once a week, Fist Bump Fridays to rave about each other's accomplishments, a second platform to do the same thing (for points), Fun Fridays once a month, and awesome shirts (designed in-house) which are mailed out to our team. The Austin group now gets together monthly for lunch and we have a small office in a great location that allows us to have human interactions. We also have a new "Wellness Team" to provide even more support! - Work/Life Balance and Flexibility: Leaders/colleagues are understanding of personal life situations and never stop providing grace, guidance, or a listening ear. (Again with the support!?) - Speaking of listening: There are several methods used to gauge the experiences of their people. They don't just collect information, but they actually ACT ON IT! *mind blown* Change can actually be seen, unlike companies who promise change but never deliver. - Process improvement: Ideas to change processes do not require begging or extensive planning. It just has to make sense. - Challenge: You will never stop learning. You will be challenged. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone. Thankfully, that is exactly how growth happens! - Training: The people with the "big titles" invest their time training you all the way through to make sure you can do your job to the best of your ability. - Interviewing: Amazing and quick interview process with the most delightful Director of Recruiting - No micro-management - A sense of belonging - There is ALWAYS something to do so it never gets boring :)
