      Pros

      I feel like I belong and have a seat at the table. The company has a true family feel. The ownership is warm and wants to take care of the employee and their families. I have worked for other family-owned companies and fortune 500. I like this company the best. I have been here six years and the company is always growing and changing for the better. The company is always looking for ways to grow and change. It keeps the sales work new and exciting!

      Organization has energy and is on a major uptick. Records are being hit, celebrating employees, team bonding, and employees are being heard. Love the direction.

      Cons

      Just the bumps in the road of evolving the company to the next level. Retooling can be painful, but needed.
