      Great people to work with! Management is genuinely concerned with everyone’s wellbeing and open to suggestions for positive changes. It’s a growing company and I’m happy to be a part of it!

      Pros

      Communication to employees is very good. No secrets working here. You are expected to follow the procedures and never cut corners. Management seems to care what the employee group has to say and is willing to take feedback. Most people here seem happy to come to work and always looking for ways to improve.

      Cons

      Company is growing, so there are some growing pains. BUT, they are actively working on those areas and improving processes.
