Pros

Kepler has some of the best operational processes I’ve experienced in my media career. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, which allows individuals and teams to stay focused and accountable. This structure leads to smooth handoffs, efficient collaboration, and strong QA across campaigns. The environment supports high-quality work and makes it easier to scale performance without unnecessary friction.

Cons

The structured nature of the organization may feel rigid at times for those who prefer a more flexible or less process-driven environment but for those who love it this would be considered a pro.
