You really feel like you are part of a team and part of a, forgive the cliché, a family. Various roles with varying hours that can suit everyone and their situations. Everyone has a say and is allowed to present ideas and projects. New management over the last couple of years completely changing the dynamic and trying to correct the bad opinions that have been formed over the years. Potential for progression and skill building for the future.
Cons
I had to leave due to family reasons and location change
I've worked with Keytek for the past 3 years. Although i'm in a sales role there really is no pressure that you would normally find in this type of role. The manager and team leaders are great and really supportive and create a good atmosphere to work in.
Cons
It gets a bit busy at times, but everyone mucks in and helps out.
