The ownership, G.M. and some management made it very difficult to feel like a valued part of the company. They would pit the employees against each other by making them aware of how many errors were attributed to each person without finding out the real cause and root of each problem before making a company meeting power point demonstration of all errors and their dollar value. This was very demoralizing and created divisions within divisions of the company. The management and ownership also thought it was prudent to use profanity often.
