Pros
I had been in Indian gaming scene since 2005 and Jumpstart has been the best career choice for me in terms of growth, salary and environment. I had never experienced any negativity or politics around. It has always been a pleasant experience every day . Work environment is the best part where you will always be supported by India and US team. You know you are working in the best place when you love your job and don't feel stressed . Yes there are issues here and there but everyone sits down together and solves it. In all my years I had never worked on a weekend or late night unlike other studios I have worked for in past. If you are a performer and takes responsibilities this is the company for you and trust me you will never regret it.
Since the acquisition of Net Dragon the company is growing and I have seen a number of ex-employees joining back. If it was so bad why would ex-employees join back? Yes there have been a few lay-offs of those employees who were underperforming and trust me you are given more then enough opportunities to prove yourself. No company or team would like to loose someone they have put so much time and effort training. People here complaining about Jumpstart are few of those who were let go given a number of chances to improve themselves .
In the end I would like to end it by saying if you are looking for a great gaming company in India and US, Jumpstart is a great option with awesome people, culture , opportunity and growth.
