This is a small company with a close knit group of employees. I have worked my way from an entry position to a senior position. Job growth is definitely possible. Hard work and dedication are definitely rewarded. I have worked closely with the owner and know she is a 100% committed to the company and its employees. No time or place for bull. Very high tech equipment with good training. Customers are definitely satisfied, appreciative and come back for follow-ups. It is a world-wide company, very prestigious, yet it still is a small company where for the most part we all get along.

Cons

If you are not a serious worker and are looking for the easy way out, this is not the place for you. We take our work seriously
