Pros

Labviva is a genuinely great place to work. The company has built a culture that feels both positive and collaborative, people here really care about each other and about the mission. There’s a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and creating space for everyone’s ideas to be heard. You’re encouraged to bring your full self to work, and leadership models that openness every day. The environment is fast-paced (it’s a growing startup!) but it’s also supportive. Colleagues are smart, driven, and approachable, and there’s a real sense of teamwork across departments. The leadership team is transparent and accessible, they communicate through all hands meetings and are genuinely invested in professional development and employee well-being.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a scaling startup, but leadership listens and acts on feedback.

Pros

Labviva attracts some of the sharpest, kindest people I’ve worked with in my career. The culture is genuinely collaborative, everyone is willing to jump in and solve problems together, whether it’s engineering, product, or sales. Leadership encourages new ideas, experimentation, and personal growth. You get to work on meaningful problems that impact how science is done, and that sense of purpose is very real. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical depth, commercial focus, and humanity in equal measure.

Cons

Like any fast-growing startup, priorities can shift quickly and processes are still maturing. You need to be comfortable with some ambiguity and ready to help build structure as the company scales

Pros

- Amazing culture and talent! The team is highly motivated and supportive. Frequent team building events make it a great company to develop meaningful connections. The founders have done an excellent job at creating a fun workplace atmosphere for all employees to produce their best work. - The product vision & roadmap, if executed properly, has huge potential in the market. - Lots of opportunities to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment & have a meaningful impact on the success of the company.

Cons

- Lack of leadership in technical architecture has lead to prolonged maintenance of outdated legacy systems and constantly building one-off solutions for individual customers. - Employee leveling needs to be reevaluated. Everyone in the tech organization is considered 'senior' such that the title has lost its meaning. Furthermore, the criteria for promotions is poorly defined.
