This family owned company is small enough not to be a heartless corporate entity. It would not surprise me if the CEO knew everyone by name. When I worked there, pictures of all employees were posted on the walls and organized by department. The company has a great reputation amongst the artists and agents in art licensing community. The warehouse area is very clean. Turnover is unusually low, which reflects well on the company.

Cons

The cons are mostly the flip side of the pros—being smaller means fewer opportunities for advancement and a benefits program that is good, but not great.
