My 4 years in Leanplum have been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The culture here is truly remarkable. The emphasis on collaboration and open communication has allowed me to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our customers' needs are met effectively. Most importantly is the support from my direct VP. Although not based in Singapore but the continuous support and guidance have truly shaped my career path and goals. Working environment and hours are flexible.
Cons
Since acquisition it has been challenging due to last year's M&A which affected the morale. Cultural integration has been also challenging. Hope once things are settled, the company will continue to see growth.
