Thank you for such a thoughtful and balanced review - it’s great to hear that the changes we’ve made are landing well and helping to create a more collaborative, focused environment. We know there’s still work to do when it comes to enablement and tooling, and your feedback is a helpful reminder of where to keep investing our energy. The progress we’ve made in onboarding and strengthening the North American team has been a real bright spot, and it's brilliant to hear that reflected in your experience. We really appreciate your belief in the direction we’re heading - and we’re glad to have you on the journey.

Pros

From day one, I was blown away by how welcoming and supportive everyone was. Whether you're brand new or have been around for a while, people go out of their way to make you feel seen, heard, and appreciated. There's a genuine sense of community here that you don’t come across often.

Cons

The company is currently going through a period of transition, which naturally brings some uncertainty at times. however, management has been transparent about the direction we're heading and the steps we plan to take to get there.

Pros

Learning pool leadership has become a strength of the organization. While employees may not have a direct seat at the table, leadership Is in the trenches along side to ensure they are focused on the right areas - not trying to boil the ocean. The company feels a bit like Apple in its approach - focused on innovation, design and simplicity in how we deliver solutions. At the same time, the culture has a warmth and creativity that makes it feel personal and human. While there are some areas of improvement, Learning Pool has become a kind of security blanket - a place where I feel protected, encouraged and empowered to take risks knowing the team has my back.

Cons

As companies, like Learning Pool, go through both organic and M&A growth, it can sometimes feel overwhelming with the mountain of work it can take to get the organization to where we want it to be.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. We're glad you feel empowered and supported, and it's encouraging to see our efforts around culture, leadership, and simplicity reflected in your experience. We know there's more work to do – especially during periods of growth and integration – but it's great to hear that even amid the change, it still feels human. Your advice is spot on. Open communication and continuous learning are things we’re actively prioritising, and feedback like this helps us keep momentum. Thanks again – we’re lucky to have you as part of the journey.
