      best in field in terms of digital assets security within growing market, increasing demand. growing company = lots of growth employee potential organically Teams collaborate despite offices in Asia, Europe, US No red tapes, none of big MNC hierachical communication roadblocks

      Cons

      being in fast growing ever evolving industry means constant learning, updates of knowledge - things do not stay placid. Not suitable for those who are comfortable with routine constant having a startup culture may mean lots of things going on at one time, so certain things need to be voiced out and followed up with respective person(s) to get it moving/done

      - Really impressive benefits - Great people and management who are really supportive - Positive office/working environment - Open to innovation and change - Great to be part of a forward thinking company

      Cons

      As a growing company, it's expected, but it would be good for other offices outside of HQ to be just as amazing! I'm sure this will happen in time.
