      Working with a team of intelligent, positive, energetic and focused individuals dedicated to their own expert functions and to supporting the team as a whole. Advanced knowledge in the field of how light intersects human health and wellness. Still doing our part to make the world just a little bit better!

      Cons

      LED Lighting Industry has become a competitive field . . .therefore, there is no time to bank on older technology or ways of doing business. The continued need for innovative products also means constantly learning new things. I guess this could very well be under "Pros" as well.
