Pros

Market leader, great customers, very nice and supportive people, lots of change and growth - which I love but some people have a hard time with the faster pace.

Cons

There is a lot of **positive** change but sometimes it feels like a lot

You named something real: growth and change are core to who we are, and for the most part that's a strength. But we also recognize that even positive change can accumulate, and it's on us as leaders to make sure our teams feel supported through it, We're glad you're here, and we're committed to continuing to build the kind of environment where great people want to stay and grow. Thanks for being part of it.

Pros

Leadership genuinely cares about employees and it shows in day to day interactions, not just words. Managers are supportive, accessible, and invested in helping you succeed. The team culture is very collaborative, people are quick to help each other out and share best practices instead of competing internally. Compensation is strong, quotas are fair and achievable, and expectations are clear. If you put in the work, you can consistently win here. It feels like a place where you can build a long-term career, not just cycle through another sales job. The product is also something you can confidently stand behind, which makes selling and supporting customers much easier.

Cons

The biggest gap for me is the lack of stock options or equity. For people who love helping grow a company long term, having ownership or equity would be a strong additional motivator and align employees even more closely with the company’s success.
