      Strong business, clearly and pragmatic business strategy, excellent leadership team, and great company culture

      Cons

      The benefits program is in average level, and job titles are less attractive

      Pros

      Littelfuse provides vast opportunities for starter on whichever field that want to take. It give different growth paths that would benefit both the company and employee.

      Cons

      Need to have a full-pledged mentality and commitment to cope-up with the working environment. There are vast opportunities wherein you might get lost on whichever path you wanted to take.

      Pros

      Strong company values. Strong focus on personal growth and promotion from within. A growing company that provides various opportunities for associate growth and mobility. Professional organization with very personable, community like environment.

      Cons

      Fast pace, objective driven work environment. The company growth provides opportunity, but also is demanding of it's associates, so there are periods where long hours are required, especially for those in Asia who have to attend meetings at night to align schedules with USA and Europe.
