      - good work-life balance - compensation package - interesting/challenging task - modern tech stack, lots of things to learn AWS, Quarkus, reactive programming (if you are keen learn and are optimistic). - office on Hamilius

      Cons

      - significant dependence on the Australian team - a lot of documentation filled with water and duplicate information, which makes it difficult to understand business processes. (Playing too much with Notion and emojis)
