Pros
I like Local Voice because as a company, they continue to innovate in what is often a stale media world. Management has always shown a willingness to listen and if necessary to act on things that make the company stronger. Either externally or internally. Fun environment! Forward thinking! Digitally focused!
Cons
As may be the case with rapidly growing companies, the responsibilities often out pace the size of the staff. Work life balance can be an issue if you are not focused on getting your job done efficiently .
