      If you are looking for a simple 9 to 5 that is easy - this is not for you! challenges you to think beyond our role and contribute together

      There's a sense of unity among the teams

      Pros

      Despite a very difficult 2020 and 2021 (covid-19 has been rough on everyone), everyone in the company from the junior associates to the management team has been giving their 110% and keeping their spirits up. If you decide to work here, what is rewarding is definitely getting the opportunity to work with singles by helping them to connect with new people who could potentially become their life partner or at the very least, remain friends. Going out on dates or chatting with someone virtually can remove feelings of loneliness and further isolation. The job here is meaningful and I've never seen a team more positive and resilient than the one here in Lunch Actually! Going to work is not a drag as every day can be different!

      - The fatigue from having zoom meetings within the team or with clients - Difficulty staying connected with colleagues in other countries - Flexible but at times long working hours - Fast-paced working environment, which is not for everyone - Niche target audience, which means not everyone needs our service
