      Strong conditions and management, but improvements needed

      Pros

      Great working conditions, great manager to for with who always looks for solutions to help the team out when required. Great team effort. Good bonus system but could be done differently, to help with different types of jobs.

      Cons

      If manager moves on. Bonus needs to be job description specification. Uniform needs to suit job for all weathers. Address for jobs need to be corrected for ALL jobs. Need the tools to do the job correctly eg. Having all the cards for all visits. Not having ALL makes of meters on the system when doing exchanges
