We're generally asked to be here 8-5, a pretty standard workday. Our bosses are flexible with our work-life balance if we need to schedule a doctor appt or handle a personal errand during the week. Most of our team travels more than 50% of the time because our clients span the United States. We are trusted to get the job done and to do it well. If you don't perform well, you won't be here long. Toughest and Best Parts of My Job:
The toughest part, just like any job, there's always more that needs to be done and time crunches can put the pressure on. Knowing how to manage that stress is important. They have an onsite gym for us to work out the stress and a nice breakroom to gather and eat when you stay at the office for lunch.
The best part about my job is, although it's highly collaborative to help the company reach their objectives, I am able to have plenty of quite time to plug away at projects without being covered up by meetings. I'm held accountable for my performance and work well with my supervisor and others. Our team learns from each other and we are uber supportive. I like that a lot.
