      Good experience for learn and practice; Superior relationship with leads, supervisors and colleagues; Training programs during idle period; Flexible working hours and very good work/life balance; Really perfect for people who likes to stay in "comfort zoom"

      Opportunities for promotion are limited; Pay is a bit lower than average; Often over work-load because of poor project management;

      Pros

      - Work life balance (not for a particular non-engineering dept) - Flexible working hours - Pro family and leave - No blame culture - Good and friendly learning ground for fresh grads (engineering disciplines only) - Close-knit company and friendly and approachable bosses - Good place to work (disciplines only) till retirement if life means to you more than money

      Cons

      No respite for a particular non-engineering dept. Never-ending job creep which management takes for granted. Better remuneration and mileage elsewhere.
