Cons
Managers are unreliable, unapproachable, uncaring with employees wellbeing. Communication was great until I got my proposal, then 1 month later they ghosted me. I had already asked to leave my job and didn't get any news from the company. 15 days after my agreed start date we finally solved things out. Communication throughout this process was awful, and there was a high risk of cancelling the job proposal in the meantime and leaving me with no job. All company internal decisions seemed to be made with no further consideration on the impact on people's lives and wellbeing. It was just what the managers want and then they didn't want anymore and were back to a different setting, showing total lack of coherence. HR nor HR practices don't exist in the company. So if they tell you that there will be feedback and evaluation in x months, there won't. You will have to ask your peers on your progression and your productivity will most likely never be assessed with clear indicators to justify a promotion. It seems the managers have an underlying fear of what people may do or disclose about them after they are fired to the extent that people are swept away from the company - they inform you are fired and you don't return to work, they revoke your access to all platforms, close your email, etc-, even if they still pay a notice period. People are often coming and going in this company, meaning very little stay and maybe we need to question why they stay. The company is toxic, they lure you with money and remote work, but there is complete lack of stability and even kindness to treat you as a person deserves. Please avoid applying.
