Talent and hard work is acknowledged and valued, they work hard to keep hold of good people. - Visa sponsorship to live in Latin America, easy to move between locations. - Really good salary compared to local cost of living (not a western salary however - great for the area) and good monthly bonuses. The owners (CEO and COO) are hands on and will guide when targets are missed. - I felt supported and well trained here, was given the tools to do my job and often asked what I needed or what was missing to do the job better - Spanish lessons provided for staff, the best perk for working here! Overall one of the best companies I've worked for and gained a lot of experience here, I would work here again.

Great coworkers, awesome opportunity to gain job experience and, travel abroad. This position gave me the opportunity to move abroad and start being independent while working in a field I enjoy after a long time of struggling to find a stable position.
