      Pros

      Culture of growth, challenging projects, awesome management. I've been with the company for 3 years, worn many hats, and learned the software business inside and out. This is a great place to work!

      Cons

      Buckle up, because you're going to do a lot of work here! Not a con, but if you're hoping to float on by this is NOT the place for you.

      Pros

      Leadership makes you want to be a better version of yourself. Our team has fun, but we also know how to put our heads down and grind. The office, view, TV and sound system isn't a bad touch either. :)

      Pros

      The environment here is unlike any job I have had before. I am surrounded by people who want to work hard and grow both professionally and personally. Having a strong team environment is very important to me, and it is evident they have the same mentality here because of the amount of support I get from colleagues and leaders.

      Cons

      After a year of employment I can't think of anything I would change.
